I haven’t used them a ton, so I can’t say for sure it’s always the case, but every time I’ve ordered so far, they’ve shown up on time. No complaints from me

I tried to make a payment and it just kept failing for no clear reason. I double-checked everything on my end, so that was fun. Not sure what the issue was, but it would be great if the payment system could actually work when customers are trying to pay.

The search works well and the menus actually make sense, which is nice. I can usually find the things I use all the time fast without having to click around forever. i don’t want to put in a bunch of effort just to get to my usual stuff, so I appreciate that this keeps it simple.

I use heb.com often, usually for pickup because it’s just easier than wandering around the store after work, especially when I’ve already forgotten half the stuff I needed. Most of the staff I’ve dealt with have been really friendly. The pickup people usually say hi, don’t seem annoyed, and a lot of them are quick about bringing everything out. The main reason I’m giving 3 stars is that when something goes wrong with an order, it can be hard to get a clear answer. Everyone is still nice about it, which I do appreciate, but sometimes it feels like no one really knows what to tell me or how to fix it. So overall, it’s kind of a mixed experience for me

The selection here is great. Even the random little things I suddenly realize I need are usually on the shelf, which is kind of ridiculous in the best way. It just makes shopping way easier

I usually like heb, but this online order was disappointing. A few items were missing even though they were marked as picked, and I got some things I didn’t order instead. Not sure what happened behind the scenes, but it kind of felt like the order wasn’t checked very carefully before it was handed off. I ended up having to go back to the store anyway, which defeats the whole point of ordering online.

They responded quickly and handled everything without any unnecessary hassle. i was a little surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Overall, it was a good experience and I appreciated how efficiently they took care of it.

I used heb curbside pickup this week it went really smoothly. I checked in through the app and barely had to wait at all (which was a nice surprise after work). The person who brought out my groceries was really friendly, and everything was packed well. A couple of items were substituted, but the swaps actually made sense, so I didn’t mind. It saved me a ton of time, and I’ll definitely keep using it—especially on those busy days when going inside the store just feels like too much.

Picked up my produce from HEB and, it looked really good. I was kind of checking everything like, okay, let’s see how fresh this actually is, and most of it passed the test. A few berries were a little soft, which I noticed right away, but nothing too bad. Overall, I’m happy with how fresh everything was

The produce and meat are usually fresh, so no major complaints there. I’ve just had a couple of items give up on life way sooner than expected, which was a fun little surprise. Overall, still decent, but maybe check dates and freshness like you’re inspecting evidence at a crime scene.

I’ve been using heb mostly for my weekly grocery orders, i kind of regret not switching to it sooner. The prices are usually better than I expect, especially with the store brands, which let me get decent quality stuff without spending a ton. Some items do go up and down in price, but overall I still feel like the value is really solid. Plus, pickup saves me a lot of time, so for what I’m paying, it feels worth it

My H-E-B delivery driver was really nice and had no trouble finding my apartment, which I always appreciate because my place can be a little confusing. The groceries were left neatly by my door, and all the cold stuff was still cold. felt just as smooth as when I shop there myself with my usual H-E-B routine. No issues at all, I’d definitely order again.

The website said the item was in stock, so I made the trip to the store, but when I got there, it wasn’t available at all. Frustrating to waste time like that when the online info says one thing and the store has something totally different.

I was actually happy with the substitutes this time. They were close to what I ordered, and nothing felt like one of those random, weird swaps that makes you wonder what happened. To me, it seemed like someone actually paid attention while picking the replacements.

It was kinda easy to find what I needed, and checkout was quick. My saved items actually worked like they were supposed to, and the site loaded fine on my phone too. no complaints.

I use heb for groceries often because it’s just easy, and in my head easy usually means worth it. But I’ve learned not to fully trust the pickup time they give me. Sometimes it’s ready when they say, other times I’m just sitting there waiting longer than expected. Support was okay, but that took a while too. Not a bad experience overall, I just kind of expect the timing to be smoother by now.

I usually hop on H-E-B when there are sales or digital coupons going, and this week it actually paid off well. I saved a decent amount on snacks, drinks, and some meat. I still have to look through the coupons twice because a few are easy to miss, and I somehow remember doing it while eating one weirdly tiny grape from the fruit bowl. Overall, the prices were good, I just wish the app made the deals a little easier to sort through
